12. My Broken System

It's probably been almost a month since I was last on my Ps3. I had it for about 6 or 7 years , just right after the 60gb came out. Yesterday I just decided that I would try and fix it myself. I started early morning all the way through the afternoon. I went on youtube to search the problem I had and there were multiple videos. I decided to choose the one with the Indian and it was also the longest so it would be step by step procedures. He had all the crazy tools but all I had was a screw driver and the thing that tightens your glasses. When I was doing this I actually felt like a real technician. The hardware for the ps3 isn't as crazy as I thought it was.

After I finished taking everything off and found out what I needed to clean , I was a little tight. All it was is a tiny lens that very delicate and just needed to wipe. As I put everything back together and finished I was really hyped. Plugged it in , called my boy told him I'm back on , and just laid back on my couch. After my ps3 started making some crazy noises and then the game just went black. My decision was then final. i had to call sony and tell them i needed the repairs done. Got charged $110 but I guess it's worth it.

11.WorldStarHipHop

For me this is the number one website out there .If you are trying to see the realest of things that happen all around the world , just come here. It all started a couple years ago when the ThisIs50 website was bumping. 50 cent had that going up for a while then my cousin introduced me to worldstar. It was the first time I actually saw a live murder on video. The purpose of the site at the beginning was for the promotion of music. Later people just posted the craziest videos of everything that happened like brawls to legs coming off in motorcycle accidents and a bunch of other things. It's pretty gruesome so if you dont like blood don't watch. You also see the different lifestyles and areas that people live in so you understand how they have to survive and why they do what they do.

I have a daily routine of going on worldstar and seeing all the interesting videos before I go to sleep. I would rather go on this than watch the news which to me is all bologna. Only thing I want to here about is the weather in the morning which is sometimes correct. There are also times when worldstar will have a video and then the day after show it on the news so I'm up to date before other people. But when the news find out then the government tells them they must take down the video so when everyone tries to find it the day after it isn't there. Worldstar is the realist website out there without being censored. But if your a softie on the inside I recommend you don't watch the videos cause you might have nightmares. Keep it trill.

7.A New Chapter

I feel like a new chapter has came in my life. So much runs through my head everyday just thinking about what I will do after high school and entering the real world. Always thinking about how much easier it was to be a child and just play games, watch tv , go to the playground , etc.. Also meeting the expectations that my parents want. African parents are just so simple minded at times and never want to accept the facts. They were watching the news last night with the conneticut shooting and saying " I hope one day you'll be president and be known." I just chuckled and was thinking,"when was the last time you heard me wanting to join or have any part in the government." It's as if they want to live through you which is something that should never happen.You create your own being.

Friends are another thing. I've been friends with Kevin and Anuj since freshman year. They've always did better than me but that pushed me to always try especially Anuj. He was in atleast two or three classes with me every year. We'd talk about college and joke around with Middlesex and use it as a joke like that's where you'll end up.All my friends consider it a fall off if you end up going there. But now I'm going there so if they don't want to be friends or think differently of me that's fine because you'll learn that you have to start focusing on yourself.

 Every decision you make starts to impact your life. Now your grown enough to know theright from wrong. A teacher was discussing how her friend tried so hard in school but never got it. Went to Middlesex two years transfered to UML and now has a better job than her. She went to university and is still paying student loans while being a sub. Her friend has less to worry about. Two years come by so fast that when it's done you realize that you've saved money in the long run. If you get a scholarship for a full ride or enough that your not paying that much good for you. The only loss in my mind is not having a freshamn year on campus. Unless I transfer within the first semester, it won't happen. Being young your just so simple minded, but nowI'm getting to see the big picture.

6. Black Friday

Friday is going to be the most anticipated day this week for Black friday. Aside from christmas , this would be the best time to get whatever you wanted and kept your eye on. The plans I have for friday are with a group of people. Since only two of us have our license it's going to be hard to go everywhere we want. But the first spot to hit up will probably be the outlets. First we'll go to the polo outlets which is the most important and most expensive. Then we'll go to the nike outlets and get sweats and hoodies for the winter. After that it doesnt really matter we'll just stop at a couple places to get small things that might be good. I never tried going shopping early in the morning like 4 or 5 so this will be a first time epxerience. After its all done I'll most likely sleep all afternoon and go out at night to a party or something. If I have no plans , I'll play Black Ops two all day with my boy online.

5. Dreadlocks

Iv'e been growing my hair out since the beginning of the year and the number one question is " What are you doing with your hair ? " I have no clue yet so its will keep growing as I decide. Lately I've been thinking about getting dreadlocks after seeing how they look on some people and many have told me I should get them. After chief keef came out that's what everyone wants to do. Only certain people can fit with the dreads. Jamaicans can get them regardless but you have to really be commited. Taking care of your hair is your goal for about a year. But when you have them , it's something not everyone has or can get in a day. I've been thinking heavily on this idea and I think it might be a go.Not the long ones but short ones.
